Faulty Item

Please contact us via burgeon.kids@gmail.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your item must be returned to us within 7 days when the item(s) was received. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipment for faulty items will be reimbursed by Burgeon Kids upon receipt and inspection of the return.  A copy of the shipping receipt should be emailed to burgeon.kids@gmail.com for reimbursement to be processed.


Exchange & Return

Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange or refund due to change of mind, sizing or mistakenly orderedIf you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact us via burgeon.kids@gmail.com for more details. Return shipment costs are covered by the customer.
